Prima Urban offers a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging
• All accessories and hardware must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@primaurban.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will send you a return authorization number and return shipping address
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the package to: Prima Urban, 2100 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
5. Include your return authorization number on the package

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
